Heat phase A to approximately 70°C to obtain a homogeneous dispersion. Add phase A to phase B. Then add phase C to phase AB with stirring. Homogenize. Disperse Carbopol ETD 2001 into phase D, then add Keltrol RD. Add phase D to phase ABC. Homogenize for a short time. Adjust the pH to approximately 6.0-6.5 with sodium hydroxide. Add phase F with stirring.
